This garden level unit offers guests convenience as well as delight and is just steps from pool-side. Lounge chairs, umbrellas and the large palapa with charcoal grill are just outside your door. But the place you will spend most of your time is on your private covered patio.
A bright and fun kitchen is stocked with everything you need from on-the-go snacks to a sit down fiesta. Microwave, coffee maker all pots, pans and dishes and of course a blender for those frosty margaritas!
The bedroom is painted in cheerful Mexican colors and is outfitted with a king-size bed. The sliding glass doors open to your patio and great garden views.
The large bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass block detail and large closet. All linens are provided including beach towels.
The living area is extremely comfortable with a dining table for four. A queen size futon will sleep an additional couple with ease. There is also a tv with satellite channels to keep you in touch and entertained.

$1,150A 50% deposit is taken at time of reservation. Remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation fee $100 if canceled more than 30 days in advance. Cancellations within 30 days will not receive a refund unless the dates are rebooked and are subject to the $100 cancellation fee.
