Condo 3A-Isla de Vista is a 2nd level, 1 bedroom condo that can sleep up to 4 guests.  With a large bedroom, bath with walk in shower and double size futon bed in the living area you'll have all the comforts of home while you explore the fantastic Mayan Riviera.  Private 3rd floor terrace has sweeping views of the pool, gardens jungle and of course turquoise Caribbean Ocean.

Policies

50% of rental rate is due at the time of reservation.  The other 50% is due 30 days prior to your reserved dates.  We accept credit cards or personal checks.

Cancellation
We have a 30 day cancellation policy.  Any cancellation more than 30 days in advance will receive a refund of deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee.  Cancellations 30 days or less before the first day of your reserved stay will only receive a refund if the dates are rebooked, minus the $100 cancellation fee.
